System model SPFS-24 [or our larger model for feeding large (1" to
2" diameter) silicon o-rings and silicon parts, the model SPFS-24L]
could be the answer to all of your silicon parts feeding issues.
The system has the ability to reliably feed
silicon o-rings, discs, washers, cone shaped parts, etc. at feed rates up to 200 parts per minute,
single to triple lane! No jamming, no shingling, no stalls in the linear
feeder tracks.... Most parts do not need head pressure to feed down the
track!
