Position
Requirements:
§ Education
- High School or GED equivalent
§ Two
or more years experience working with electrical systems or
Technical College equivalent
experience.
§ A
working knowledge of Autocad or similar 2-D drafting program
§ Capable
of using machine and hand tools
§ Be
able to take general instructions and interpolate based on common
practice
§ A
general understanding of automation components and systems is
preferred (valves, sensors,
drives, etc.)
§ Ability
to adapt to company standards and willingness to learn new
techniques and skills is a must.
§ Must
have a "what ever it takes" attitude to get projects
completed accurately and on-time.
§ Demonstrated
ability to complete projects to schedule and within budget.
§ Knowledge
in the use of electrical devices (i.e. sensors, switches, load cells,
LVDT's, etc.).
§ Must
be capable of giving and taking direction.
§ This
position requires hands-on debug and testing of automated assembly
machines. § Practical
skills in troubleshooting and general problem-solving.
§
Ability
to work well cross-functionally and in a team environment crucial.
